📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine architectural concepts and designs in collaboration with senior architects and designers.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan and meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and requirements, and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Prepare and submit construction documents, including blueprints, schedules, and specifications, for approval and construction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of architecture and design.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and meetings to share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and cost analyses to support the bidding and procurement process.
