📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and procurement policies.
• Lead procurement teams and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Monitor procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful procurement initiatives and cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations and policies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
