📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Stock and maintain supplies in the guest rooms and common areas
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in training and development programs
• Adhere to health and safety protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest service software
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Must have a valid ID and be willing to undergo a background check
