📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Lead the company's health and safety initiatives, in collaboration with the HSE team.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the agricultural or plantation sector.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
