📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and verify medical claims data to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance policies and regulations.
• Use data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and specialized claims management software to process and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and interpret medical records and documentation.
• Identify trends and patterns in claims data to optimize our processing system and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on claims processing metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Certification in medical claims analysis or a related field (e.g., CPC, CMC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical claims analysis or a related role.
