📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus in collaboration with the management team
• Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring high performance and professional development
• Ensure efficient inventory management and cost control
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Participate in training and development programs for the culinary team
• Stay updated with culinary trends and industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the F&B industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Certification in culinary arts or related field (e.g., S1/S2 in Culinary Arts, Professional Chef Certification, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with kitchen management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
