Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and cargo tracking.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective cargo movements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on cargo status, delivery times, and costs.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and improvements.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the freight forwarding team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
