📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding accounts through effective communication and negotiation.
• Monitor and update account statuses in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure prompt resolution of payment issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of collection activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with financial recovery processes and best practices.
