📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and clients.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure a high-quality hiring process.,Collaborate with the HR team to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Manage and optimize the recruitment process to achieve high commission targets and career growth opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and performance metrics.,Mentor and support junior recruiters to ensure continuous improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and high commission achievement.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
