PT Usaha Astrid is looking for a dedicated Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restocking.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role at PT Usaha Astrid is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
