📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the digital health readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.,Develop and implement digital health strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.,Oversee the integration of digital health technologies and platforms to improve healthcare delivery.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve digital health capabilities.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital health initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital health, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare, information technology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital health or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital health technologies, standards, and best practices.,Proven experience in leading and managing digital health initiatives and projects.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region is a plus.
