ZAP Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with HR and other department heads to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development of performance management systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.
