📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert clinical guidance and support to healthcare projects and programs.,Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.,Conduct clinical audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver evidence-based healthcare solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in healthcare.,Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives to advance the field of healthcare.,Represent GHS Indonesia at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical advisory roles, preferably in a healthcare NGO or international organization.,Strong clinical and technical expertise in healthcare delivery and management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with international healthcare standards, guidelines, and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Commitment to GHS Indonesia's mission and values.
