As a Senior Business Development professional, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.,Monitor and analyze business development metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the hospitality or real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
