📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Implement and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet the unique needs of our organization.
• Lead and support the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solution aligns with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the new system.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Document processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or relevant HR technology is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
