📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
