📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction market and industry trends.
