📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
