📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
