📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.,Maintain and expand our customer base by building strong relationships with existing clients.,Present our products and services to potential customers and address their needs and concerns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Bontang area.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs to ensure the success of our sales team.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs in the Bontang area.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
