📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
