📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the management of legal aid cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, including paralegals and lawyers, to provide high-quality legal assistance.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our reach and impact in underserved communities.
- Monitor program outcomes and collect data to inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with community partners to identify and address legal needs.
- Manage caseloads and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Represent the foundation at community events and stakeholder meetings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal aid, case management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using legal software such as CaseLaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
