📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Coordinate inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve operational efficiency.,Handle supplier and customer relations, ensuring smooth logistics operations.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
