Sentral Adi Bangunan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of all vehicle expenses.,Schedule and organize vehicle servicing, including regular maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Manage and optimize the fleet's utilization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
