📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Oversee bank deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash and banking transactions.,Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.,Manage inventory of cash and banking supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local banking practices and regulations in Jambi.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
