📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management,Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining supplier relationships,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or related field,Good understanding of procurement processes and procedures,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
