📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and tailor programs accordingly.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new and existing team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.,Ability to travel to the office as needed for training sessions and meetings.
