Plus Village Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees achieve their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and opportunities through data analysis, employee feedback, and performance evaluations.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities within the organization.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
