Up Nest Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and passionate HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and performance issues.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Support the management team in workforce planning and organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and able to work in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan.
