📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions,Coordinate training and development programs for employees,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and training programs,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
