📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure that the team is meeting its objectives.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the team's work aligns with the company's overall objectives.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Manage team schedules and ensure that the team is properly staffed to meet demand.,Maintain a positive and productive team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve organizational goals.
