In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.,Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Ensure all fleet vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics and transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
