📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of efforts.,Monitor departmental performance, setting benchmarks and tracking progress to ensure targets are met.,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Experience in strategic planning and goal setting, with a track record of achieving results.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant HR technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
