📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Understanding of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
