Seed Village Group is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home. If you are passionate about recruitment and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts,Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment metrics is a plus
