📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews for various roles within the organization.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance reviews.
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
• Contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
