• Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information using property management systems (PMS) like Opera or Guestline.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Assist with special requests and arrangements to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor front desk area for security and safety, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
